President

With over sixteen years of experience in commercial real estate, Dan Jessup has listed for lease or sale over 6,000,000 square feet of office space and has completed transactions totaling more than $75,000,000. His past and present corporate clients include: Birtcher Property Services; Radian Corporation - a division of Hartford Steam Boiler and Insurance Company; AFLAC; VRG International; Americredit Financial Services; Ecolab; Lorillard Tobacco Company - a division of the Lowe's Corporation; American Security Corporation; Best Buy; USA Today; The Hartford; Oracle; American Express Financial Advisors; Mass Mutual Financial Group; Konica Minolta; Tyco International; Compaq Computer Corporation; Adecco; EMC Corporation; Ohio Casualty Insurance; Amcomp Insurance and Towne Realty.

Just recently, he received The Business Journal 2005 Real Estate "Deal of the Year" Award for his role in the $6.8 million Best Buy Retail Redevelopment project. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI. Dan has also obtained the prestigious CCIM designation. Robert LeClaire
Senior Vice President
Senior Housing Division

Robert joined the Apex team in March of 2005 as Senior Vice President focusing on the brokerage of senior housing facilities as well as a variety of apartment properties. This includes SNF's (Skilled Nursing Facilities), CBRF's (Community Based Residential Facilities), RCAC's (Residential Care Apartment Complexes), ALF's (Assisted Living Facilities), as well as independent apartments for the elderly and CCRC campuses.

Over the past several years, Robert has sold over 100 long-term care facilities. He has been involved in many notable transactions including individual nursing homes located throughout the Great Lakes Region, assisted living facilities in several Midwest locations, 14 Alterra Healthcare Corp. facilities, and numerous individual facilities, from as large as 757 beds to as small as 16 beds. His transactions have totaled over $200,000,000. These clients include Nationwide Health Properties REIT, Alterra Healthcare Corporation, The Village at Manor Park (Methodist Manor), Wheaton Franciscan Ministries, Comprehensive Care Corp.

John Czarnecki, Vice President

John Czarnecki

Mr. Czarnecki specializes in office and land transactions by providing landlord representation, tenant representation and investment property sales. Prior to joining Apex Commercial, John was an office associate at Wangard Partners, a local commercial real estate firm. Over the past seven years John has completed over half a million square feet of sale and lease transactions - with values to his client in excess of $45,000,000. John is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Wisconsin, a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin, a Board Member / Committee Chairman for the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin and a Board Member for the Girl Scouts - Great Blue Heron Council.

Mr. Czarnecki is a graduate of St. Norbert College with a Bachelor degree in Advertising, Marketing and Sales. He has completed CI 101, the first of four classes to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). CCIM's are Realtor specialists in commercial property development, tenant representation, brokerage and investment analysis.

Paul T. Galbraith
Vice President

Mr. Galbraith has seventeen years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Apex Commercial, Inc., Paul spent ten years in Southern California as Vice President of Marketing and Leasing for Birtcher Anderson Properties, an owner, manager and developer of commercial real estate. He has completed over 2,000,000 square feet of lease transactions totaling more than $120,000,000 with landlords and tenants throughout the country. Clients include Praedium Funds, Cigna, Wachovia Securities, Xerox Corporation, State Farm, TireCo, Washington Industrial, Wells Fargo Bank, and Infinity Radio. Recently Paul received the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin 2006 "Deal of the Year" Award for his role in the Pilgrim Glen Multi-Family development project. His expertise includes leasing, asset management, acquisition and disposition consulting, and property valuation.

Paul is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, and holds Bachelors degrees in Finance and Real Estate and Urban Development. Paul is a licensed real estate broker in Wisconsin and Illinois.

Jeff Horn
Vice President

Jeff joined the Apex team in September of 2006 as Vice President, industrial real estate broker specializing in providing results-oriented marketing solutions for property owners and landlords. Jeff brings an extensive background in focused execution within a framework of disciplined sales and marketing decision making. This approach was developed during 22 years of professional sales management and executive level experience with firms including ADP, Kronos Incorporated, Cybershift, Inc. and ARI Network Services, Inc. Jeff has personally completed multi-million dollar transactions with many of the largest global companies such as Briggs and Stratton, BRP Recreational Products, Mercury Marine, Yamaha Corporation, Harley-Davidson, Electrolux Corporation, 3M, Goodyear Tire and Rubber and Textron Corporation. He has extensive industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare and financial services.

Mr. Horn is a graduate of the University of North Texas and holds a BBA degree in Real Estate/Finance. Jeff is a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC).

Michael T. Streit
Vice President

Michael joined the Apex team in the Fall of 2003 as an associate commercial real estate broker specializing in Landlord representation and Tenant/Buyer representation. In the following three years, Michael completed over 269,000 square feet of lease and sale transactions totaling more than $14,125,000, becoming the youngest Vice President Apex Commercial has ever had. In doing so, he has quickly gained valuable experience in working with a multitude of office users, owners, developers and investors. Prior to Grubb & Ellis|Apex Commercial, Michael spent over five years with Direct Supply, Inc., focusing on Sales and Corporate Procurement within the Long Term Care Industry. Michael received The Business Journal 2005 Real Estate "Deal of the Year" Award for his role in the $6.8 million Best Buy Retail redevelopment project.

Mr. Streit is a graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing. Michael is a Metro Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC) and Young Professionals of Milwaukee (YPM) member.

Vice President

Kimberly D. Owens
Marketing Director

Kimberly joined the Apex team in January of 2004. She is responsible for the coordination of all marketing materials for the firm's brokers, including proposals, direct mail and print advertising for a variety of commercial properties including office, industrial, retail, and vacant land.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Graphic Design from Mount Mary College, Milwaukee, WI.
