Apex Commercial's Senior Housing and Long Term Care Division is headed by Robert LeClaire. Mr. LeClaire was awarded "Transaction of the Year" for 2002-2003 by the Commercial Association of REALTORS Wisconsin, Inc. (CAR-W) for his handling of the sale of 12 Alterra/Brookstone Senior Living facilities. This included the sale of both the business operations as well as the real estate. CAR-W's Transaction of the Year is awarded annually based on the uniqueness of the transaction with regard to its difficulty in structure and effort put forth. He is the only senior living broker doing business in Wisconsin to be so honored.
Over the past several years, Robert LeClaire has personally sold well over 100 long-term care facilities and over $250,000,000 in value. His experience in assisting in all aspects of the transaction process including valuation, marketing, due diligence, financing, and successful closings are proven by his numerous letters of recommendation and by his track record of sales.
