This real estate holding company along the shore in New Jersey had been in business for about ten years, offering rental properties to people in the market for a multifamily rental.

The borrower had an investment opportunity and was hoping to refinance and cash out a multifamily property they owned. Concerned that the opportunity wouldn’t last, they needed the loan process to be fast – they’d lost out on other, recent opportunities and didn’t want this one to slip away as well.
